Subscription-based searchable database of private foundations. Subscription is available at various levels (determined by the number/size of foundations included in the search), and is available on a monthly or annual basis, for single or multiple users.

ResearchReseach: Newspaper for the Research World
A British service focusing on the European community, now expanded into the U.S. market. Provides a world-wide research news service and searchable funding opportunities database. The service also has a distinctive funding alert mechanism that is not tied to an expertise database. U.S. funding opportunities database incorporates and expands upon the former ScienceWise service.

The Grant Advisor Plus
Institutional subscription available for $445/year (web version). Funding opportunities newsletter available as a paper or online version. The web version (The Grant Advisor Plus) offers institution-wide online access and features many extras, including the newsletter in Acrobat PDF format, searchable database of grant programs, deadline listings with extensive hyperlinks, and more.
