Topics related to Inclusive Excellence in the Classroom continue to be of interest and critical importance to our campus community as we focus on enhancing student learning. Because we want to offer multiple programs related to the topic, we need individuals ready to be workshop facilitators!
Experienced instructors are being invited to participate in a new 2014 Best Practices Certification (BPC) for Inclusive Excellence Workshop Facilitation.Participants in this BPC will engage in a series of sessions led by Dr. Sylvia Carey-Butler, our Assistant Vice-Chancellor for Academic Support of Inclusive Excellence. This team of facilitators will then be ready to facilitate future sessions. A stipend of $500 will be provided for those who complete the Best Practice Certification. In the future, additional stipends will be provided for workshop facilitation by those with this Best Practice Certification.
