Professional Development
These workshops are designed to equip and inspire the USP teaching
community to design exemplary courses, integrating best practice research
and substantive Signature Question content. A final report (Quest syllabus)
is required.
Participants receive $1,000 stipends upon completion of draft,
final syllabus and USP forms.
Draft Syllabus Due Date: June 14 ($500 payment on Aug. 1)
Feedback to draft provided by July 1.
Final Syllabus Due Date: July 26 ($500 payment on Sept. 1)
Department chair submits USP Form and Syllabus to the Dean's office as soon as possible for immediate review.
