The influence of an action learning project on students’ learning: Reaching course objectives & moving beyond student resistance
During this study, students submitted a series of written reflections (experiences, impressions and feelings) during different stages of an action learning project. A grounded analysis of the qualitative data revealed that engagement in an action learning project challenged students’ insecurities and assumptions.
