Journal club: An evidence-based approach to teaching nursing research using the ACE star model of knowledge transformation
A student-led journal club was integrated into the undergraduate nursing research class with a goal of enhancing understanding of the evidence-based research process. The journal club was successful in helping students learn critical appraisal of research and increasing their understanding of how research can be used to guide patient care planning.
