Travel reimbursements are administered through Financial Services, which is part of the UW Oshkosh Division of Administrative Services. If you have any questions about travel policies and requirements, please visit the Travel Website or email aptravel@uwosh.edu.
Note About Airfare:
Beginning August 1, 2012, airfare policy changes include a more reasonable and measurable definition of "lowest available airfare" as non-refundable, coach class. Effective August 1, 2012, the expectation is to compare fares in Concur for individual, domestic airfare before searching for an airfare on another site. Travelers may purchase from another internet site when the same flight is found elsewhere for at least $100 less than Concur. Booking through Concur is preferred. If you have questions about travel regulations or the use of Concur, please contact aptravel@uwosh.edu.
