Specific topics include: motivational theories, compensation surveys, job evaluation, performance appraisal, merit pay, variable or at risk pay, team compensation, supplemental compensation and non-monetary compensation. Designed for those individuals working in human resources management or whose responsibilities include significant management of human resources.
Business 761 and the completion of all Foundation requirements. Enrollment limited to Graduate Business students (GBUS) or department consent.
