NURSING 759: Clinical Nurse Leader Immersion Practicum

In this full-time internship, the CNL student will be immersed in advanced nursing care practice supervised by a clinical preceptor and a faculty partner. Synthesis of the previous practicums using a wide array of leadership skills is required. The student will identify and resolve issues concerned with the CNL role and develop an interdependent vision of the role. (Minimum 300 clinical hours)
All prior CNL clinicals and courses must be completed prior to the Immersion Practicum except Nursing 730, Clinical Practice Management, which may be taken concurrently.
