Course Description

Perspectives on the analysis of moral dilemmas in primary health care and advanced nursing practice. Application of bio-ethical principles to health care nursing dilemmas. Differentiation among methods of dilemma resolution (principlism, casuistry, etc.) in advanced nursing practice. Incorporation of the analysis of emerging moral dilemmas for advanced nurses (genetic testing, on-line health care records, etc.).
