This course examines the practices and strategies of leadership in the Clinical Nurse Leader role for organizing, managing and delivering high quality healthcare in the clinical setting. The processes involved in analysis of clinical outcomes; coordination of care; communication; education of staff, patients and others; and supervision of care provided by the healthcare team will be discussed.
