Examination of social welfare policy development, implementation, replacement or modification and the social worker's role in these processes. Policy analysis is framed within the profession's ethical principle that governs social justice with regard to issues of poverty, unemployment, discrimination and other concerns to the profession. Policy is viewed within the context of generalist practice and the social worker's role as policy advocate at all levels in our society. 468/668
