This course introduces students to the growing fields of environmental protection and energy conservation. Introduces policy options that address the diminishing  supply of fossil fuels at the international and national as well as the state and local levels. Learn basic skills related to managing energy in order to develop and supervise energy conservation programs for local governments and small organizations. 391/591
