PSYCH 733: Aging and Work

This course examines changes in the nature of work, the workforce and the workplace in an aging society. Topics include: work/family relations; human factors/ ergonomics, workplace technology and aging processes; cognitive aging and job performance; the recruitment, training and management of middle-aged and older workers; and the impact of retirement on individuals and organizations.
Admission to the M.S. Psychology Program or Instructor Consent.
