Course Description

Introduction to Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and the use of spatial data for solving geographic problems. Both theoretical concepts of GIS technology and practical applications of GIS will be studied. 471/671 (2+2)

Course Prerequisites
Geography 371 and either three (3) credits computer science or Geography 391.
