Techniques include aspects of spectrophotometry, electrophoresis, chromatography, immunoassays, fluorescence and computer applications. A significant amount of writing is expected. Some of the laboratory modules utilize a cooperative learning/small group approach to problem solving, reminiscent of a clinical laboratory setting. 304/504 (fall)
