This course examines the dynamics of learning in adult life and explores how to effectively facilitate it in various environments, including the classroom, workplace, online and informal educational settings. Course readings focus on practical strategies and best practices as well as the theoretical and research-based literature related to adult learning. Students observe, practice and analyze multiple strategies for learning facilitation.
