This course explores the theories, practices and possibilities for bilingual education across content areas. It examines the teaching of content area subjects to bilingual children and adolescents in both bilingual (first language) and mainstream classrooms. Students will have the opportunity to prepare for content area teaching in English as well as Hmong or Spanish. 349/549
