SEC ED 725: Teaching of Writing (Topical Course)

The study of theory, research and strategies for teaching writing. Students will polish composition skills by completing individual writing assignments. The course builds understanding of theory/practice relationships in writing instruction. Course also listed as Reading 725. Enrollment in the course requires instructor approval. This course may be taken twice for a total of 12 credits upon instructor approval. (summer)
