SEC ED 796: Independent Study

Approval must be secured before Independent Study is begun. An individual will conduct independent research in an area of his/her choosing to meet specific instructional needs not provided by current course offerings. Students registering for independent study must submit at, or before, registration a description of the subject to be covered and the work to be done. The description must be signed by the student, the graduate faculty member supervising the study, the graduate adviser, the coordinator and the Associate Dean. Independent study may not be used for collecting information for the thesis.
