Fundamental operations of organizations are changing as improved networks and information systems allow for real time information sharing with customers, suppliers, distributors and producers around the world. This course reviews the strategic opportunities created by these new IS resources and then how these resources should be managed to provide the most stable and useful information infrastructures.
