Many organizations have a wealth of data residing in their databases. Business intelligence is the process of collecting and turning this resource into business value. This course will provide an understanding of data organization and management and examine the tools, techniques and processes used in transforming data to knowledge and value. Students will develop basic skills to analyze data and develop an understanding of the implementation of business intelligence in an organization.
