BUS 761: Human Resources Management

This course is designed to provide non-HR managers with the skills necessary to successfully manage human resources. The course recognizes the growing need for managers, supervisors, team leaders and the typical employee to understand the core competencies of human resources. The course emphasizes the relationship between human resources strategy and business strategy with a focus on the role human resources management plays in supporting implementation of business objectives.
The completion of all foundation requirements.
