A functionally integrated approach to planning, implementing and controlling marketing strategies and tactics. Emphasis is placed upon the use of marketing information systems; modeling and quantitative techniques in identifiying and exploitating environmental opportunities; and upon the formulation of strategies in product development, physical distribution and channel management, marketing communication and pricing. Case studies and business simulations.
