Professional Counseling
Thank you for your interest in UW Oshkosh's Professional Counseling program. The following are instructions, links and requirements to complete an application for admission. All paper application materials should be sent or e-mailed to the Office of Graduate Studies.
Admission Deadline
January 15 for the fall semester
The deadline is firm. Admissions are only granted for the fall semester. Applications are considered complete ONLY if ALL application materials (no exceptions) have been received by the Office of Graduate Studies by January 15. The applicant is responsible to ensure that all materials arrive by the deadline.

Complete online application for admission.

The following materials must be completed and mailed or e-mailed to the Office of Graduate Studies:

Resume

2 letters of reference (Recommenders should complete this form. The form can be sent separately or included with other admission application documents.)

Take the Miller Analogies Test (MAT) and send scores to UW Oshkosh (institution code 1819).

Have official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions you attended sent directly to the Office of Graduate Studies. Unsealed transcripts presented by an applicant are not official.
