Program: January 4, 5, 6, 18 and 19 from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Pollock Alumni House
Presented by Kerry Huberty of Learning Technologies, this Interim Intensive is a five-day workshop series designed to allow practical progress on a specific teaching and learning task for a blended or online course. A brief application and a final report are required. Upon completion of the final report, a stipend of $400 will be awarded. This Interim Intensive is limited to 5 participants. Applicants will be notified by the end of November regarding their participation status. NOTE: Participants must be able to attend all five days: January 4, 5, 6, 18 and 19.

Teaching with Clickers
Registration Deadline: Friday, November 25, 2011
Program: November 30, 2011, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Reeve Union Room 220
This workshop will be presented by Jennifer Schuttlefield, Chemistry and Erin Winterrowd, Psychology. Participants will experience clickers through an interactive demonstration designed for those unfamiliar with student response systems and their use in the classroom.
