This program is designed to prepare UW Oshkosh scholars to conduct SOTL inquiry via supportive relationships with published SOTL researchers.

Meeting at least monthly, each mentoring pair will be guided through the process with coaching and resources as needed.

Each participant will receive a $500 stipend upon completion of the program. Judy Lambert (Reading Education), coordinator of the Mentoring Program, will provide guidance to each mentoring pair and will facilitate group dialogues.
