GEOLOGY DEPARTMENT NEWS FOR MAJORS
Volume 27, Number 1
Welcome back! For those of you who are new on this mailing list, this is the Newsletter of the Department of Geology. Its objective is to provide news and information that will be useful to students. Watch for events like field trips and speakers as well as opportunities like grad schools and jobs. Teresa Brown, our Academic Dept. Associate (secretary), is the editor. She will include news of Geoclub (see the Geoclub Web page for the schedule for Spring Semester Speaker Series: http://www.uwosh.edu/geology/Students/geoclub.html) and other student-related organizations if someone provides her with it.
I hope everyone has a great year.
Chair, Department of Geology
