Revised Leave of Absence Policy

The Gender Equity Council is pleased to announce to the campus the revision of the UW Oshkosh Leave of Absence Policy. Revisions include the inclusion of domestic partners, stopping the tenure clock and extending contracts for the length of the leave to probationary faculty. Refer to the Faculty and Academic Staff Handbook for the updated policy language.

The Gender Equity Council wishes to thank all its members, Human Resources, the Provosts Office, the Faculty Senate, and Chancellor Wells for supporting and assisting in this important effort.
