Listening Sessions - Child Care and Work-Life Balance

We understand the importance of Child Care on campus and have taken some steps in the last year to address issues voiced at previous listening sessions.  We know, however, that we still have a ways to go to make this campus more child-friendly.  So, come and voice your opinions about the progress that has been made, the issues that still need to be addressed, and your proposed solutions.  Additionally, we want to address all other issues related to work-life balance and ways that we can improve the campus to aid employees in their quest for ‘balance’.
