Salute to Scholarship
The Foundation's Salute to Scholarship was held on September 25, 2009 in Reeve Memorial Union. The event honored recipients of freshman and transfer student scholarships, including Chancellor's Academic and Leadership Scholarships, Wisconsin Academic Excellence Scholarships, Diversity Honors Scholarships and many named awards established by individual donors. More than 50 scholarship recipients were in attendance. Following a short program the students, their families and other guests enjoyed a dessert buffet as part of the weekend's Fall Fest activities.
