A Man Moving Forward, A Lifetime of Giving Back
Stan Talarek created a lasting gift through his estate, perpetuating the dream that each generation does better than the last. The majority of his estate is designated to UW Oshkosh and the College of Education and Human Services. It is a way for him to give back to his alma mater with a gift that will serve his purposes and last the longest.
Mary Bayorgeon
Together, Agnes’ son, John, daughter Mary Bayorgeon and daughter-in- law, Nancy, established the Agnes Drexler Kujawa Memorial Scholarship for Single Mothers at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Foundation. The fund provides annual scholarships to single mothers trying to obtain a college degree to improve their lives and the lives of their children.
Dr. Patricia J. Koll
UW Oshkosh graduate students enjoy enhanced scholarship and research opportunities thanks to initiatives created and supported by Patricia J. Koll MST '68. Koll joined the teaching ranks of her alma mater following completion of her master's degree in 1968. Her 31 years at the University included service as an education professor, associate dean, and coordinator of continuing education and outreach.
