Naming Opportunities

Located along Oshkosh's Fox River on the UW Oshkosh campus, the AWCC will serve as a front door to campus. As a welcoming hub, the center will engage students, faculty, staff, visitors and more than 80,000 alumni to stay connected to UW Oshkosh.

Its inviting ambiance and convenient location will make the Grand Ballroom the ideal spot for educational conferences, lectures, business meetings, corporate dinners, weddings and receptions. It will hold about 500 guests.

Guests will step into our fireplace lounge and feel instantly relaxed by the crackling fireplace and cozy seating arrangements. Walls of windows will offer panoramic views of the Fox River where beautiful sunny days or clear night skies will accent its welcoming ambiance.

The floor-to-ceiling windows of the spacious Great Hall will bring the outside in to create a light, airy, hospitable area. It will serve as an inviting gathering spot with comfortable seating to receive guests, serve as a transitional locale between activities or a pleasing spot to host a large reception.

With state-of-the-art meeting and conference technology, sophisticated lighting and over-sized windows, the Executive Board Room will be the ideal setting to host up to 48 people.

Guests won't be able to resist the allure of the Outdoor Courtyard Terrace. This area promises to be a magnet that will draw people outside to enjoy the fresh air, sunny days or clear night skies, and the waterfront view.

As the welcome mat of the AWCC, the Concierge Gallery will be the site for guests to secure information and services, ensuring an enhanced conference and visitor experience for the UW Oshkosh community and visitors from near and far.

The UW Oshkosh Foundation advances higher education and ensures that its students will enjoy successful futures. It promotes, receives, invests and disburses gifts to meet the goals and needs of UW Oshkosh and undertakes strategic initiatives to advance the University.

Alumni Relations provides a lifelong connection between the University and its graduates. It helps alumni keep alive the friendships, associations and interests they formed while students. And it encourages alumni to participate in current events, activities and programs.

The Business Success Center is a consulting firm unlike any other. They unite local businesses with university resources - faculty experts, student interns, research facilities and a booming survey center - to deliver customized, cost-effective solutions for your organization's challenges.

Four professionally-appointed breakout rooms will hold 70-80 people each.

An Admissions satellite office will serve guests with frontline information and resources about admissions guidelines, academics, scholarships, cost and aids and groups, and clubs and organizations that round out campus life.

The Sales Office will be the hub for planning and scheduling conferences, meetings, banquets and receptions for small groups and larger groups of up to 500 people.

The Observation deck will provide a breath of fresh air, a panoramic view of the Fox River, clear night skies and sunny days.

The Foundation Office Conference Room holds up to 22 guests and is the locale where strategic planning, meetings and discussions will be held to support and complement the dynamic, forward movement of the Advancement Division including the Foundation, Alumni Relations and the Business Success Center.

The Call Center employs over 40 students each year. Students speak to over 20,000 alumni and friends each year, ensuring the University maintains its most important relationships. They raise money for the UW Oshkosh Fund, update contact information, provide information about UW Oshkosh events and gain professional job experience for the future.
