Following seven months of construction, the completion of Phase II renovations at the Oshkosh Sports Complex are celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Sept. 16, 2008. Supporters from the community, Mayor Frank Tower, Oshkosh Visitors and Convention Bureau, Oshkosh high schools and the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh attended.
Tours of the sports complex, which is utilized by Lourdes, Oshkosh North and Oshkosh West high schools and UW Oshkosh, were offered before and after the ceremony.
