Teaching and Research Interests

My current research focuses on Latin-America cinematography and literature related to socio-politic, economic and historical issues (Latin-American Revolutions, Cold War, Dirty War, Revolutionary Groups, Military Dictatorships, etc.) Because of the content of some of the courses, such as Cultural Conversations and Advanced Conversation, I am able to incorporate some of my research into my teaching and the input of my students makes our learning much interesting and richer.
