November 19
The fourth meeting was held in Radford Hall 320 on Friday, November 19. Nine students from Japanese 210 and 310 (8 UW Oshkosh and 1 UW Stevens Point) attended.
Students began to arrive around 3:00. The Language Hour officially started at 3:30 and lasted through until 4:40.
