Anthony: Not for Ourselves Alone (1999) This 31/2-hour PBS Ken Burns video is an excellent portrayal of the powerful friendship of two leading suffragettes who, while very different, were bonded by a common purpose. This is an important historical story that is extremely well told. For those who prefer the essence of this relationship told within the broader context of the suffrage amendment through the 19th amendment., the 106-minute One Woman, One Vote (1995) is superb.
