The Madison Concourse Hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the Madison Dane County Regional Airport. There are courtesy phones in the luggage claim area at the airport. Guests may call when they land. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the airport.
Return shuttles to the airport run on the hour and 1/2 hour. Guests should sign up at the Bell Stand or with the Front Desk for their return shuttle to the airport.
Overnight parking in the hotel’s underground ramp is $10.00 per vehicle per night. Guests will receive a parking voucher upon check-in, which will provide unlimited access in and out of the parking ramp during the duration of the guest’s stay.
