Note: On May 8, 2002 Ted Heiser (left) and Ron Harrell (right) addressed Tony Palmeri's Communication in Contemporary Society (First Amendment) course at UW Oshkosh. Ted Heiser is a journalism teacher and school newspaper adviser from Glenbrook South High School in Glenview, IL. Ron Harrell recently retired from Oshkosh North High School after teaching there since its opening in 1972. He taught English, journalism and mass media and was the advisor to North's newspaper North Star. There were about 55 students in attendance on May 8th, and Ted/Ron were about to get students to participate who had literally not said one word the entire semester!--Tony Palmeri
