"My mom and dad have a reclining chair on the porch that now belongs to me. It's a good place for me to relax while I guard the crib. I always get really excited and bark a lot when the garbage men show up on Friday. You know how sometimes you just can't help yourself? Anyway, maybe I scared the garbage man last week because he tried to empty the can so quickly that he left what looked like a bag of my poop hanging out of the can.

Well, my dad can be a bit cynical and I heard him say that the poop was a perfect metaphor for the Budget Repair Bill that just passed the Wisconsin legislature. I guess dad's cynicism has rubbed off on me, because from what I know about that Budget Repair Bill, with its raid on the tobacco settlement and phony campaign finance reform (not to mention that it does nothing for doggies), I think the Bill belongs in the Super Pooper Scooper!"
