Pugsley Palmeri Contemplates the Race for Wisconsin Governor

"Let's see," says Pugsley. "Republican Scott McCallum and the Democrats are all bark and no bite. I've rolled around in some cat turds that made more sense than McCallum's plan to eliminate the state's shared revenue program. Meanwhile Jim Doyle, Kathy Falk, Tom Barrett and Gary George are about as exciting as a legislative debate over a leash law. So, I'm starting to look seriously at the third party candidates. Jim Young and the Green Party are real nature lovers, which I find appealing for obvious reasons. Reform Party candidate Alan Eisenberg has taken the fight for canine rights all the way to the state Supreme Court. Gotta like that. Ed Thompson? Well, I'm kind of bothered that he's from the same pedigree as Tommy, but on the other hand I'm impressed by the fact that Ed doesn't pretend to be any smarter than any other human being or even any other species."
