Rebekah VanScyoc, Miss Oshkosh 2002, at the 4th of July
Parade in Oshkosh. Rebekah is a UW Oshkosh Communication student who
took a class from Commentary co-host Tony Palmeri. Thankfully the
pageant judges did not hold that against her!
