RESOLUTION: Authorize Transfer of $500 to Repairs Fund, Winnebago County Board of Supervisors (Repair of County Board Voting Score Board)
TO THE WINNEBAGO COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS:
WHEREAS, the voting score board for the Winnebago County Board of Supervisors was previously wired in such a way that a light flashed on, that was visible to other supervisors and the general public, when a supervisor indicated that he or she wished to speak on a topic before the Board ; and
WHEREAS, the voting score board presently does not show any indication that a supervisor wishes to speak on a topic, with only that supervisor and the Chair of the Board presently being aware of the supervisor's request to speak on a topic; and
WHEREAS, your undersigned supervisors desire that the voting score board be repaired so that a light will flash on whenever a County Board Supervisor indicates his or her intent to speak on a topic.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Winnebago County Board of Supervisors that it hereby authorizes the transfer of $500 from the General Fund of Winnebago County to the Repair Fund of the Winnebago County Board of Supervisors for the purpose of repairing the voting score board of the Winnebago County Board of Supervisors so as to allow a light to flash on anytime a supervisor desires to speak on a topic before the Board.
