Oshkosh Mayor Stephen Hintz (front side passenger seat) thrilled the 2002 Oshkosh Memorial Day Parade crowd as he smoothly traversed the parade route in the Oshkosh Mayormobile. Even though the Mayor of Oshkosh has very little formal power and should really be called the President of the Common Council, we need to have the Mayor title for situations like the parade. After all, "President of the Common Councilmobile" doesn't have the same ring as "Mayormobile."
