Winnebago County Sheriff Mike Brooks (left) might appear to be auditioning for the Village People. Actually, he's marching at the 4th of July 2002 Parade in Oshkosh. Brooks, a Republican, is facing a reelection challenge this year from Democrat Bob Hughes.
