Research Interests:

My research concerns Quaternary environmental change, focusing especially on the Arctic.  I have done field work in Alaska, Baffin Island, and the Kola and Kanin Peninsulas of Arctic Russia as well as Colorado and Wisconsin.  My work entails geomorphic and geologic mapping, facies analysis of measured stratigraphic sections, and pollen and macrofossil analysis of cores and surface samples.
