These are the two requirements for the course:

1. This lab manual (NEW, a used one will NOT work). Will be available through the UW-O bookstore ($75) by September 6. (The first labs don't meet until September 11-14.)

(This custom version is about half the cost of the normal one!)

If you order it before September 6, you can also order the lab manual directly from the publisher for $60 (+shipping) http://shop.mheducation.com/mhshop/productDetails?isbn=126058366X

<-- It must look like this!

This is for all Physical Geology Labs (all B-sections and all A-sections).

2. The online learning system (with online textbook) Connect Plus: Required!

Optional:

Textbook cover

You get the best deal when you buy the optional paper copy of the custom book (**see warning below) because for about $6 more than the online system only, you get the paper book plus an access code for the required online Connect Plus system bundled inside for no extra cost. You get both for $6 more!

(Both options are about half the cost of the retail paper version of the textbook.)

You can buy this bundle at the UW-O bookstore ($91).

**Warning: If you choose not to purchase the package deal, you will have to buy the online (see above) version separately ($70). You can get a used copy or rental but it would need to cost less than $25, otherwise it will cost you more than the options above.

Warning: the textbook shown below is for the other section of Geology 102 (102-A), if you are one of the cool people (afternoon section 102-B), then don't buy this one!
