Spelling lessons and written language skills practice coordinate with the thematic units in our reading text. Students write original stories and type them on the computer using skills they have learned from the "All The Right Type" computer program. |
|
Fourth and fifth grades use the Everyday Math Program. We are learning new approaches to problem solving and methods of computation. Twice a week, we use the math programs in the computer lab and in our classroom to reinforce basic math skills. |

Our fifth grade students work with the other fifth graders for Social Studies and for Science in Mr. Oehler's classroom. All fourth grade students also work together for these subject areas. Fourth grade students learn about their home state - the people, products, and interesting places in Wisconsin. We incorporate map skills into the lessons. |
