Professor Bowen has a vast understanding of the content & that is very useful in his instruction. I enjoyed the food that he brought it in. It was a nice touch. One suggestion would be to make the final paper not so close to finals.

Exams seem to cover details, lot of information thrown at us. Some details are forgotten. I enjoyed the ethnic food day! Cool experience.
