Minor
Key Signatures
Although it is possible to construct natural minor scales using accidentals
there is a short hand method to indicate these accidentals.
A key signature is a collection of sharps or flats placed at the beginning
of a staff that indicates that each time the indicated note is played,
it should be affected by the accidental.
For example:
If a single flat is in the key signature (B-flat), every time a B is written
on the staff it will be played as B-flat.
The same holds true for sharps or flats.
