• New .pdf files of the bomb and solution calorimetry experiments have been uploaded.  Now all the deltas and  other special characters show up.  Please let me know if you notice this kind of behavior in the future.

• PBS 3b has been e-mailed out and posted.  This is the last PBS before EXAM 1.
• EXAM 1 is Wednesday, October 14, 2009 in the testing center.

• The CREs for chapter 3 are also posted.  You should have received this by e-mail.
• Filled in version of the q, w, H and U table from CRE 2 has been added to the Lecture Answer Keys.

• The review slides used at the beginning of lecture have been posted in the Lecture Handouts section.  I will try to keep these up-to-date.  Please remind me if I forget.

• The following have been added to the web site: PBS 2b, the bomb calorimetry handout and the solution calorimetry handout.
• Don't forget to check which of the calorimetry experiments you are doing first, so that you prepare for the right one.

• Lab handouts for next week have gone out to the e-mail list and are available in the lab section of this site.  Please remember to wear appropriate clothing to lab, we will be doing experiments.
